In collaboration with Vents d'Houyet, a company specializing in the design, installation, financing and operation of wind power generation facilities, we aim to create a replicable energy community model around its Finnevaux facility. The energy community would involve the municipalities of Beauraing, Houyet, Hastière and Dinant, in order to analyze the potential participants in this energy community (municipal buildings, residential buildings, schools, etc.).

Chaudfontaine
The commune of Chaudfontaine has called on the services of WeSmart for an energy-sharing project. The aim of the project is to integrate various stakeholders, such as municipal buildings, SMEs and residents located in the center of Embourg. As part of this project, WeSmart has studied and optimized the scope and number of participants in the EC in order to make the most of existing and potentially installable solar installations. The intention is to make renewable energy more accessible to all and enable everyone to reduce their energy bills and CO2 emissions.

Belval.energy
The project is rooted in a semi-rural residential area comprising residences, houses, small shops and offices. The Belval.energy initiative is an example of an eco-district project resulting from the reconversion of former Arcelor wasteland. In terms of capacity, the existing solar installation has a capacity of 1208 kWp and an annual flow of 1147.6 MWh.
