Greenbizz.energy

Brussels

Communauté d'énergie, co-developed in partnership with Greenbizz, Citydev, CSTC and facilitated by Sibelga, brings together 20 SMEs and 40 offices that are supplied with electricity by nearly a thousand photovoltaic panels.

Sibelgas Project Groene Energie

Flanders

The Sibelgas Groene Energie project, located in Flemish Brabant, is a major initiative promoting the use of green energy in five municipalities. The project has been approved by the respective municipal councils and the legal entity (cooperative) has been created. A crucial element of the project is the sharing of energy from photovoltaic installations in public buildings.

Tour et Taxis.energy

Brussels

Innovative citizens' hub project around Tour et Taxis and the Gare Maritime, including the station, its parking lot, Park Lane and the Maison de la Poste. The project includes self-consumption management for businesses, energy resale to neighboring residents and battery storage.

We're launching an exciting community project focusing on battery megafactories in Dunkirk, France. The aim of this community-led project is to harness the potential of these plants to strengthen local energy production and sustainability. By focusing on these megafactories and industrialists, we are not only investing in the future of our local energy infrastructure, but also contributing to the wider global initiative to combat climate change.

Thomas & Piron - Orp-Jauche

Wallonia

Creation of an energy community in a residential district to be built in Orp-Jauche. A showcase eco-neighborhood project with energy transition as a priority, replicable and valuable on a large scale for Thomas & Piron.

Bordeaux Metropole

New Aquitaine

WeSmart deploys its digital platform for a collective self-consumption operation for Bordeaux Métropole. The energy community is a heritage company.

Les Petits Riens.energy

Brussels

"Les Petits Riens" is a Belgian non-profit association founded in 1937, focused on the fight against poverty and social exclusion. The association collects, sorts and sells second-hand objects, offering employment opportunities to those who are far from them, and financing social actions through sales, public subsidies and private donations. "Les Petits Riens has established a community energy operation.

Spadel

Wallonia

The Spadel company called on Wesmart to carry out a feasibility study for sharing the surplus electricity produced by cogeneration during the bottling process. The aim of the project was to study sharing for different electricity production scenarios and by integrating different consumers located in the vicinity, such as hotels, supermarkets and households.

Town of Rixensart

Wallonia

The commune of Rixensart, located in Wallonia, called on Wesmart to carry out a feasibility study with a view to launching a pilot energy-sharing project. The aim of the project is to make the most of existing solar installations and available rooftops to benefit other public buildings and citizens in the area.
